Majid Bavin is a PhD student in Comparative Studies at the University of Lisbon. Additionally, he is a professional literary editor with extensive experience in translation between Persian and English. Since 2015, he has been working as an editor and proofreader at Scientia Iranica and is also the founder and CEO of Hordat Edit, an editing group. Majid has a strong interest in research and studies in comparative literature and cultural studies, and he is conducting his research in these fields at the University of Lisbon. He also holds a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Guilan.
